A4 25gsm Mulberry Decoupage Rice Paper with Fibres

These lightweight 25gsm A4 mulberry sheets have beautiful silky fibres running naturally throughout the paper, giving each sheet its own distinctive texture and character. Although delicate and translucent in appearance, the paper is surprisingly strong and flexible, making it lovely to work with and a great choice for decoupage.

The visible fibres give this paper a slightly more textured finish than my fibreless mulberry papers and can become part of the finished look of your project. It tears beautifully too, creating soft, feathered edges that blend naturally when applied with decoupage glue.

They are also suitable for home printing your own images. Depending on your printer, you may need to attach the paper to a carrier sheet and use the manual feed tray. If using an inkjet printer, the printed image will need to be sealed before decoupaging to help prevent the ink from bleeding.

Although most printers will take this paper with the help of a carrier sheet, I cannot guarantee that every make and model will be suitable or able to accommodate paper this lightweight. Please always check your printer manufacturer’s instructions and recommended paper weights before attempting to print on it. Using paper outside of your printer manufacturer’s recommended specifications may cause paper jams or other issues, so printing onto this paper is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
