How do I search for designs?

Click on a category/ sub category, or search for specific products in the search bar.

How do I place an order?

To place an order click the ‘Add to Basket’ button, which will store the item in your basket.  Once you have finished shopping go to your basket and check out which will take you to the payment screen.

I like the images on a sheet but can I get them in a different size?

That’s generally not a problem most can be re-sized to your specific requirements. Choose the 1 x Standard image resize product and add the sheet number on the comments box at check out with the sizing you require. If you need help Contact Me to discuss your requirements.

Can I have names, dates and words added to a pre designed sheet?

That’s generally not a problem most can be personalised. Contact Me to discuss your requirements, a small surcharge will apply.

I have my own photos and images I’d like to decoupage with, can you help?

Yes, a large part of my work is printing customers own photos. Choose the 1 x A4 bespoke printing product and follow the instructions on the page.

I’d like to use your “coaster” sized images but will they fit my coasters?

Coaster sized images are sized to fit 10 x 10cm coasters but can also be decoupaged to other objects.  Please note however that sheets with more than 4 images on will NOT have enough un printed paper surrounding each image to cover the whole coaster.  If covering the whole coaster is important to you only choose sheets with 4 images on.

The images on my order seem to have slightly different colouring than the website pictures.

This is normal.  Due to the different screens of Ipads, mobile phones and computers, different devices can show slightly different colouring to the printed sheet.

I’d like to nominate a charity to receive a donation.

Add the Charity name and donation contact details in the comments box on your order and they’ll be added to the pending donation waiting list.

How can I see what donations have been made to charities?

Donation payment receipts will be posted each month under News.

What type of paper will my prints be on?

All printing is to high quality A4 30gsm white Mulberry rice paper. The rice paper is handmade, 100% natural fibre, acid free, water-resistant and resistant to light. The rice paper is thin, very strong and perfect for decoupage.

Is your unprinted paper suitable for printing my own images to?

My unprinted paper is perfect for printing to at home although some printers require you to use a carrier sheet and inkjet printing will need a sealer applied after printing.

How is Mulberry rice paper used?

Its used exactly the same as napkins for decoupage.  Same glue, same varnish, same method.  Most people find that it’s much easier to use though as it doesn’t wrinkle as much. More detailed instructions can be found in my Guide to decoupaging or join my Facebook group for further advice.

I sell what I make so I need non copyrighted images can you help?

All my designs are suitable for commercial use so everything you make can be sold with no problem.

Are there any special offers?

Yes,  there is a permanant offer of buy any 10 decoupage printed papers and choose another 2 free.  The price reduction will be made at check out.

How long will it take for my order to be despatched?

I aim for all orders to be despatched within 48 hours of order (not including Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays) however at very busy times it could be slightly longer and I will let you know that there will be a slight delay.

I need an order urgently what can I do?

Let me know that your order is urgent in the comments box at check out.  Depending on what you require and time of order I may be able to despatch the same day.
